Made from higher grade Menghai material that was fermented in 2021, this seductive tea reveals a gentle sweetness in layers, wooing you with notes of dark cherry and raw cocoa, and of course a smooth texture. It’s in the name, after all.
Underneath the slick first impression is a slight woodiness, and even a touch of bitterness when pushed, although not necessarily noticeable at first. Overall, this is a highly enjoyable and clean ripe that offers a much more dynamic experience than normally encountered in this price range.

Creamy, woody and extremely fruity. Those dark cherries really come through with some delicious bitterness. It has a pretty unique feel and I liked it a lot.
