Very much fits the bill of a daily drinker. Robust and constant in flavor. It’s a typical malty black tea that you can offer new and experienced drinkers alike. Really can’t go wrong but at the same time nothing very unique.

Malty red tea well suited to breakfast. The beautiful pink canister with the double lid is worth the entire price already, having a good red tea come with it makes this a really good bargain.

I absolutely loved it. It was such a unique experience with this tea. It has a beautiful aroma of flowers or even sour candy. I got a sample box, and this guy stood out from all the other teas. I would order again in a heartbeat.

As advertised, this tea is everything you’d expect from a dianhong, and a perfect daily drinker. The dry leaves smell earthy, with a surprising bit of fruitiness as well. The brew is thick and malty, with a bit of a chocolate milk flavor. This is pretty much my ideal black tea – especially for the price

Very smooth and chocolatey in both smell and taste, like cocoa powder without the bitterness of actually trying to drink unmixed cocoa powder. Much nicer than I expected for such an affordable tea. I wish I had gotten more! I’ll have to get it in a bulk quantity with my next order because it definitely fits the daily drinker role. Lasts for several steeps before starting to lose flavor, and a little goes a long way, so even the 60g tin will last a pretty respectable amount of time.

Great Daily drinker, a great price point as well. Quintessential black tea, smooth, sweet, cocoa, and earth. If you like black tea, then buy this tea.

Ok but not a favorite of mine.

The listed tasting notes are eerily accurate. Bitter cocoa powder with strong notes of gluten and butter. Malty and robust but not bitter.

A second review. I didn’t really this at first (brewed gong fu), so I brought it to my office in case of emergency.
It turns out this is very very good brewed western style! Much more cocoa and less malt than my initial impression. One I’ll buy again, especially at this price.

This is an uncomplicated tea – a good easy drinker that packs in a lot of maltiness with some milk chocolate notes in the background.

I love this tea. It’s a beautiful black tea at an amazing price but doesn’t fall short on the experience. I’ve brewed multiple ways and get various notes like cocoa, toasted honey, baked croissant, and dried fruits.

Very solid tea at a very nice price.

I really love the smell of this one. Just a simple malty Dianhong, but perfectly scratches my itch for a very cocoa-driven tea.
