Equal parts artwork and teaware, these tea jars are handmade by a mostly self-taught sculptor in Jingdezhen. Drawing on inspiration from artwork and museums, he translates his love of animals, especially rabbits, into his teaware and ceramics.

Inside his studio is filled with various animal sculptures in all different sizes and textures. Although the style is rustic, each piece manages to uniquely captures the essence of the animal.

Please note that as these jars are handmade, there may be slight variations in terms of appearance and colour from one to another. Some may appear to have gotten their feathers dirtier than the rest of the flock (see photos for examples), but be assured, this is an intentional aspect of the appearance.

Each of these tea jars have a capacity of approximately 260-280ml.
