These Chaozhou brewing sets are made by larger studio than we normally work with, but they manage to maintain a tightly honed style. As such, these sets are the vision of the founders, who are heavy dancong drinkers themselves.

The aim of these pieces is to provide a workhorse brewing set that is directed by their own taste, which blends traditional and modern styling. Consisting of a gaiwan, 3 teacups, travel pouch and cup pads for stacking, these pieces are beautiful in their own right and quite enjoyable to use.

We couldn’t agree more. These are not your average travel set. While a pouch is included for taking them on the go, this set is equally worthy of making its home on any tea table.

Each set is available with either a black gaiwan, or maroon, which features a layer of zisha clay on the outside (purely for appearance – the inside is glazed ceramic).
