Description

This boiler and stove (sold separately) is suitable for use with alcohol lamp or similar clean burning fuel only.

We highly recommend using this style of kettle for brewing dancong, as it allows you to keep the water at a consistently high temperature from brew to brew.

In order to fully seal the kettle, we recommend boiling a full pot with a small amount of sticky rice before using.
