How to Redeem Your Tea Miles for Purchases & Products
Redeeming your Tea Miles against your cart subtotal is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
- Browse as usual and create a cart. On either the cart or checkout page, enter the number of Tea Miles you would like to redeem. Redeeming starts from 1000 Tea Miles, but there is no limit to how many you may redeems in one order.*
- The amount of your discount will be displayed below.
*Tea Miles redemption may be restricted during sales or other promotions. Tea Miles issued for cancelled or refunded orders will be revised upon change of status. Tea Miles expire 1 year from the date they were earned.
How to Check Your Tea Miles Balance
Your Tea Miles balance can be found in “My Account”, which is linked on the bottom of every page. Your Tea Miles activity and information, including expiry date, will be displayed in the dashboard or under “My Tea Miles”, as pictured below:
